Contingency Assignment

Exclusivity Agreement
Most clients choose to select Level Up as their recruitment partner of choice where they instruct us to work on an assignment for an agreed ‘period of exclusivity’. This enables us to utilise a multi-faceted approach to identify the best talent providing extensive resources to ensure a positive outcome every time.

Retained Partnership
The main difference between our Retained Partnership service and other offerings is that this is a service-based fee, rather than a fee on success. Generally speaking, the agreed fee is split into two payments which are due on instruction of the role(s) and upon successful hire and acceptance of chosen candidate.
